How Your Subscription Works
Our products are available exclusively through our subscription program because consistent daily use is essential for the best results.
As our herbal formula is designed to be used continuously for 60–90 days, a single bottle is generally not enough time to properly evaluate its effectiveness. To give every customer the opportunity to experience the intended benefits, every subscription includes an initial commitment of two shipments.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the subscription terms outlined below.
Automatic Renewals
Your subscription automatically renews every 28 days.
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically before each renewal unless your subscription has been cancelled in accordance with this policy.
The renewal amount will be the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Minimum Commitment
Your initial purchase begins a subscription with a minimum commitment of two shipments.
- Order #1: Your first shipment is processed immediately after your order is placed.
- Order #2: Your second shipment is automatically processed 28 days after your initial order.
This initial two-shipment program is designed to provide enough time to properly evaluate the product before deciding whether to continue.
4-Hour Reconsideration Period
We understand that customers may wish to review their order confirmation after completing their purchase.
If, after receiving your order confirmation email, you decide that the subscription program is not right for you, you may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order.
If we receive your request within this 4-hour window, and your order has not yet entered our fulfillment process, we will cancel your subscription and refund your order in full.
After this 4-hour reconsideration period has expired, orders are typically processed immediately by our fulfillment center and can no longer be cancelled prior to shipment.
Cancelling Your Subscription
After your second order has been processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for any future renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Once cancelled, no additional recurring orders will be processed.

- Using the Manage Subscription link included in your order confirmation email.
